I went here for 4 years and would not recommend it. Christine Kilkenny makes it feel like it is a chore to talk with you and get you your meds. She does not give much effort to get to know you and lacks genuineness when communicating with her patients. She is also consistently 5-10 minutes to her appointments, one time she did not even show up and another time she was 15 minutes late. The front desk is rude and not accommodating.

I Like my therapist, Christie Torres a whole lot. She’s very understanding kind and patient. This review has zero to do with her. Now let’s get on with the front desk. Whoever answers the phone all the time is probably one of the most annoying and vile people I have ever had to talk to. Every time I call she over talks me every time I call she’s completely rude. There have been times I have had to tell her do you understand you’re working with mental patience and if you don’t, and you still act like this, you probably wanna work at Walmart or somewhere the way you act. She has zero business working with mental patients. Usually if I get to talk to Antoinette, it’s a lot better this chick today wouldn’t even let me talk to her over. Talk to me. I can’t go to my appointment because so much crap has happened. She doesn’t understand she’s over talking me and over talking me and over talking me. So if you can see Christie Torres outside of Clearwater Psychiatry I highly recommend it if you can’t I do not recommend Clearwater Psychiatry at all? It seems all they care about is money. Yes, I realize they deserve to get paid and my insurance pays all of it besides $15 co-pay. I was charged a late fee of $150. I understand if there’s a missed appointment then that’s what it should be however when I’m at the eye doctor and I knocked the stuff out of my eye and I missed that appointment and there’s no way to give 24 hours notice then you get charged $150 for missing that appointment. So if you have an emergency come up on Saturday or Sunday you’re completely screwed and you’re going to get charged $150. That’s completely disgusting and asinine and if I need to find a new place, I would love to. I’m sorry Christy I think you’re great but I can no longer mentally deal with your front desk, lady.
