As others have reported, they will take thousands of insurance money but will deny an apt over a past missed copay, saying the “doctor said so” no I don’t think so, I think it’s whoever runs this place needs another vacation home. How many patients will they churn through before they end up with nothing

This place use to be great. Now it seems like no one cares about anyone's mental health and can't do their own job right. Ive been trying to get seen and one of the ladies at the front desk keeps telling me she'll call me back or she'll have somebody call me back well I've been waiting several days and no one gets back to me I have to call them but again they keep telling me we'll have someone call you so I give up trying with this place. All these workers care about is getting money instead of caring about their patients.
