I have known Shmuel for 8 years, and I can attest first hand to his professionalism and skill as a clinician. He is my absolute first choice when referring clients in the Baltimore region. Shmuel is an expert at treating anxiety and OCD, and in particular is well known for his expertise in treating social anxiety. Shmuel approaches his work with great thoughtfulness and skill, and he is an excellent mentor to his staff.
