I’ve been a patient of Carencia for several months and am happy I found this place. Lauren is super easy to talk with and makes me feel like I’m talking with a friend without judgement. Scheduling is easy and I appreciate being in the comfort of my home for our sessions. Highly recommend giving them a try. She even helped me find a new primary care physician.

Katie Kesterson has been wonderful to work with. As a parent, she listened to my concerns and helped find a treatment path that I could feel confident in. She makes my child feel comfortable and validated and is a great ally in our treatment journey. She is casual and puts you at ease, yet professional, and shares her knowledge and expertise in a way that is accessible and kind. We would recommend her to anyone, but I think she is especially a good fit for people who are nervous and need a lot of time and care in their treatment. Carencia has been easy and straightforward to work with as a company. Booking the first appointment and the onboarding process went smoothly. I've not had any technical issues with appointments. There doesn't seem to be a way to have a client account that lets you view your past appointments, billing, provider contact, etc. I've never been able to log in to "Onpatient." I wish they would update this and have an accessible client portal to operate from.
