I love my therapist, but I had a very concerning experience with another provider there and I have not heard back in regards to this. In addition to that, they keep trying to bill me and will not return my call or emails/inquiries regarding this issue. As someone who has worked in the medical field myself, I can assure you there is something very off with this company as far as business practice goes. There is no transparency, no accountability, no follow through, basically no customer service and no names/titles attached to anything to get a hold of anyone. Again my therapist is great, but the company itself is concerning and not trustworthy. Please reach out to make this right.

The employees and therapist are great, I have no ill will towards them. The customer service and billing however are TERRIBLE. They've taken money from my account without notifying me on cost first - I put in a request to billing (because there no customer service #) I haven't heard anything for THREE DAYS!
