I am very lucky and Happy to cross path with Nneka, I had tremendous help and support that had resulted in great overall outcome in more understanding of myself and situations and what things to do better than I can control overall against what is uncontrollable and not to overthink about

I’m extremely disappointed in the level of care I received from this psychiatrist. I was left without refills for both of my SSRIs—medications I’ve been stable on for some time—without any warning or communication. I only found out I was cut off when the pharmacy notified me. When I reached out, I was told no refills would be issued unless I scheduled an appointment, which would’ve been fine if that expectation had been communicated ahead of time. It wasn’t. This is not just an inconvenience—it’s dangerous and irresponsible to abruptly stop a patient’s antidepressants without a proper taper or transition plan. There was no outreach, no reminder, no courtesy notice, just silence, until I was left scrambling to get an appointment and avoid withdrawal symptoms. If this is the standard practice, patients deserve to be told well in advance. It’s basic medical ethics. Communication and continuity of care matter—especially in mental health—and that was completely lacking here.
