Calm Anxiety CBT Therapy Clinic

I was struggling with relationship, anxiety and needed CBT Therapy. I started working with Anthony and going through the Pathfinder 10 program. I have to say that it really helped me with better understanding my anxiety and creating tools and resources for me to cope. I love the 10 session format that we could schedule at a time that worked for both of us. I feel completely different now about myself and how I relate to the world.
