Today we had a couples counseling consultation with Jenna and she was amazing. Her approach sounds perfect for us and her skill set is impressive. I’m really glad that we got the chance to talk to her and I hope we get to work with her more.

The crew at CAC is amazing. From my very first session, I felt heard, understood, and supported. They have a warm and welcoming demeanor that immediately put me at ease, and always made me feel comfortable and safe sharing whatever I wanted to share. My family and friends have always been huge proponents of therapy for both our daily needs and the big stuff we could all use support processing so figured I’d give it a go. I cannot recommend them enough!
