Been trying since February to make an appt. First time.e the told me what the needed before setting up appt. I confirmed the received by fax. They said someone would call me to schedule. After I didn't hear anything called to set up the appt the said after 30 days if no appt is made the discarded all my paperwork. It wasn't my fault I was waiting. Resent everything they confirmed and said the would call me with an appt. When I didn't hear from them went to the office. They said appt would be made by phone I give up with this place. 😠 frustrated without appointment.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS! I had an appointment for my daughter’s neuropsych screening, I did everything they asked on time, and weeks after submitting the paperwork I got a letter in the mail (postmarked 3 weeks after the letter was dated) saying they were canceling her appointment because they didn’t receive her paperwork and needed it by the end of the previous month (2 full weeks before the postmark). If I knew they didn’t get it in time, I would have been able to fill out a new copy, but we were never given the chance. I called several times, but apparently they don’t pay Donna to answer the phones and it went to voicemail every time I called, without exception. Don’t waste your time with Buffalo Behavioral Psychology, based on my experience with their unprofessionalism no one there actually cares about you or your loved one’s mental health.
