Place is a joke: 1) Booked an appointment came and claimed I never booked appointment took no accountability. 2) Booked follow up, they needed my records, gave them all permissions and just sent 1 fax and asked me to follow up for them. 3) Booked virtual, Doctor spent 15 minutes troubleshooting the app for his video to work so he got credit for an appointment. I told them I no longer want to continue with their services. 4) 3 months later get a text saying they need me to contact my insurance which I already paid them. I thought it was spam, I opt out, Doctor follows up calling me right after opting out threatening me about some charges if I don’t contact my insurance. If you followed up with my records like you’re doing with a bill that was already paid maybe you’d be in a better spot. You should be ashamed to be practicing.

I was seeing Dr. Price here for some time and after she left the practice I met with Dr. Orvin to continue prescribing my medication. Upon meeting with her she insisted that she knows everything about my psychiatric history (directly from me) before she prescribes anything, and that she is overly thorough about that compared to other doctors. That is fine, but that is not what I was looking for as I am not interested in rehashing old trauma yet again, and that the medication I have been taking (which is non-controlled) has been working for me for years and I just need to continue to be prescribed it. Dr. Orvin recommended trying another doctor at the practice. I promptly called the front office and was rudely told by Kelsey that “every doctor” needs to know your history and told to find a different practice, as well as accusing me over the phone of trying to get controlled substances prescribed, which as I said above is not even what I take. As I said, I had been a patient here for a year so they should have all my records for a new doctor, rather than insisting that I take my time to tell them my entire psychiatric history myself. Horrible experience here and I do not recommend this place at all.
