Last week, I had my 3rd Bowen Therapy appointment with Brenda Briscoe for scoliosis. I’m so encouraged! I recently had an x-ray of my spine after 4 months of progressively worsening lower back pain. I had to apply an ice pack every morning which relieved the inflammation so I could stand up. The x-rays showed I have scoliosis, which at 74 y.o., I never knew about. I then had several basic chiropractic adjustments which didn’t help with the pain so I sought out Brenda for help. I learned a few years ago how powerful Bowen Therapy was when a persistent hip pain was completely eliminated after one session with Brenda. After the first scoliosis treatment, I no longer needed to apply an ice pack, and after 3 treatments, there is less muscle tightness in my lower back. Brenda’s Bowen therapy has benefited her other scoliosis clients so I’m hopeful that my spine can also be straightened and I can avoid future morning back pain. — Sarah Clark

Came to Brenda with pretty every scoliosis. Couldn’t hold an adjustment for very long, I have been working with Brenda now for about 7 months, I’m so happy to see progress, I had two curves, now one is gone. Hardly any pain anymore!! I’m so happy!
