Breakthrough Neurotherapy

I've been working with Heidi since I believe March 2024, and she has helped guide me from a mental low point to a really great place where I feel empowered and excited about life. Breakthrough Neurotherapy is definitely the way to go if you are interested in working with someone honest, kind, easy to be around, educated and very grounding! Whether you're looking for somatic experiencing, EMDR, talk therapy, or LENS neurofeedback, I recommend Heidi. Specific things we have worked on include ADHD, depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma. Also, I must say as someone with ADHD, scheduling and public transportation access are easy here, which is really great.

My quality of life has improved tremendously, my relationships with my wife, myself, and others feel more connected and harmonious. Internally, things feel much more settled. My window of tolerance has expanded, I rebound from emotional stressors much faster, and I’m far more aware of and able to manage my emotions. I’ve become kinder, more accepting, and more at peace both with myself and those around me. I’m deeply grateful for Heidi’s skill, presence, and care.
