I am a psychologist in Boulder who works closely with Dr. Niehaus. I have been continuously impressed by his extensive knowledge base, the care and expertise that inform his treatment recommendations, and the genuine compassion he has for his patients. Dr. Niehaus’ approach is rooted in a deep understanding of research related to mental health. Too often, psychiatrists simply ask about symptoms and prescribe medications. One of the things I respect most about Dr. Niehaus is that he spends time getting to know patients as “whole humans” and has an extremely collaborative approach. I cannot recommend Dr. Niehaus strongly enough.
