Unprofessional therapist and staff. Went to one session with a new therapist and was asked by him multiple times during the session if I would work with him, to which I responded "Yes". Exactly a week after my session he emailed me saying he couldn't work with me with no specific details given. Staff were confused and said they would find me a new therapist. However, they then stopped communicating with me despite me sending them two follow-up emails in response to their emails (over a week). Will be finding a new agency/therapist to work with. Not recommended at all. It is sad when you are already down and need therapy and a therapist drops you for no reason and the staff are not helpful.
