My husband came to Benson for an evaluation in a a very hard point in our lives. The evaluation has helped us further treatment and find a targeted approach. It has been almost a year now and the results are finally starting to show. We appreciate the work they put into our situation. We would recommend to anyone.

I took my daughter for her first visit and that went okay. I live over an hour from this place. The second visit was scheduled for a week later. I took my daughter out of school and drove over an hour to get to Fargo just to receive a call that they needed to cancel the appointment. The receptionist said she didn't know until she got there. Seems like someone else should have known and made the call earlier that day. They called to reschedule and I asked if it could be virtual since they wouldn't cover the cost of gas for the wasted trip. They checked on that and called a day later to say it couldn't be. They wanted to schedule it for the next week. I asked to push it out another week since my daughter had already missed 2 Mondays in a row. I was told they like to do their follow-ups the week after. Well a week after would be the day they canceled on us last minute. Not impressed at this point. Will update this when if they fix their mistakes. Gas is not cheap!
