The ladies here are pretty amazing! Cassie and Helen are true gems. I always look forward to my therapy Thursdays! Both of these beautiful souls provide a safe space allowing me to be myself unapologetically. They cheer me on giving me their valuable input. While celebrating with me on my journey. I am so grateful this is where I chose to seek help. They give me all I need to learn I can trust my perceptions and my approach to life. They are my perfect fit. I would highly recommend them both. They amaze me at every appointment!! Thank you both for shing like the diamonds you are.
