I couldn’t be more displeased. Butt’s was 40 minutes late for my first two appointments and TWO HOURS LATE for my 3rd, which was my final appointment as this was my last straw. My first appointment (in person) that he was 40 minutes behind on at 7 p.m. appointment (I had to be up the next day at 5 a.m.). He spent the first HOUR trying to sell me on Ketamine (which I don’t want at all) and some other therapy that’s a metal plate on your head. The only thing he knew about me walking in was I have depression and wanted help with medication management. I didn’t get a word in for an hour. I didn’t want anything he was trying to sell me, but I couldn’t tell him that because I couldn’t get a word in for an hour. So now it’s 9:30 at night, and he started the questions. I answered about 3-4 questions, and he started me on a mood stabilizer my first appointment. Since it was coming up on 10pm he ended my first appointment after the 4 questions, then asked me when I’d like to come back, and I said as soon as possible so we can get over this first appointment so we can figure this out. The next appointment was 3 days later, where he was 40 minutes late again (over the phone), and he asked me a couple of questions, then said he sent me some tests and asked me to complete them, and he started me on another pill in the morning. All I knew was it was an energy pill? And upped the other pill because I still wasn’t any better. The third and final appointment, as stated above, Butt’s was 2 hours late (appointment over the phone again), then after being 2 hours late, and I’m finally in the call, he messages me “one moment please 👏🏻” so I was short with him and asked what’s wrong with me, and he uploaded my report, told me how to read it, then said “well, go over it, never time” and I told him I couldn’t sleep and I’m not happy with the meds, and he said “oh, I can’t do anything with your meds yet, we need another appointment”. So I paid $120 for 3 appointments that he actually talked to me about my problems for probably at max 30 minutes. Also, he kept telling me “oh, you’re so smart,” which came off as odd. I will not be going back, and I’m very disappointed on wasting my time and money and still have the original problem. On top of him being very unprofessional the office itself is very hole in the wall. If 0 stars were an option I’d rate them that.
