They are more concerned with crap like transitioning to mychart than making sure care is continued for clients when a therapist leaves. My wife has tried to get in with a therapist multiple times with them and this company has had no followup procedures. She wait multliple weeks for her therapist to reschedule an appointment with her only to find out they left Avance AFTER we called. This is poor mental health service at its best. Theirmychart transition does nothing for patients but waste their time by having information they already had on file reentered eveytime by the patient.

I love how Anna always takes care of my son. She is always so kind, listens to all my concerns, and answers all of my questions. Mimi at the reception is also always very nice and welcoming. I truly love this place, but the best part is that they have helped keep my son mentally stable.
