My three-year-old daughter has been enrolled in this ABA therapy program since March 2024. Today, she was attacked in the clinic by another client—a client who, based on the location of my child's scars, is much bigger and/or older than her. This attack occurred at 12:45 PM, yet they chose not to inform us until 2:18 PM. Instead of calling, they texted. A situation like this warranted a phone call, not a text. They downplayed the severity, repeatedly calling it “little” and claiming they wanted to notify us “as soon as possible.” Yet, it took them nearly two hours—via text—because they knew we would have picked her up early, costing them billable hours. Upon arriving, the director, Veronica, didn’t greet me. Instead, she immediately launched into her version of the incident—one that contradicted both the text and the written report. The text said another client scratched my daughter’s face. The report said she approached the client to share an item, and the client blocked her. But Veronica claimed my daughter tried to take a book, and the child pushed her away. If that were true, she wouldn’t have multiple face scratches. Of course, they refuse to show me footage—because it’s a lie. The male BCBA, Kioni, was supposedly supervising multiple clients and RBTs at once. The text claimed the RBT couldn’t stop it in time, but in reality, the RBT wasn’t even present. My daughter simply wasn’t being supervised properly. To make matters worse, Veronica told me five different times, in five different ways, that it was my child’s fault. My daughter is mild-mannered. Staff have repeatedly praised her for being calm, easy to work with, and affectionate. So no, my child was not the problem. The lack of control, erratic behavior of another client, and improper supervision were the real issues. Other serious concerns: *We EXPLICITLY told ABCS that under no circumstances should my daughter be under male supervision. They assured us this would never happen. Yet today, a male BCBA was watching her while her female RBT was on break. How many times has this happened? Their lies and deceit sicken me. *In December 2024, my daughter had a bald patch at the nape of her neck, as if someone had pulled her braids. She does not pull her hair, nor does her sister. The only time she’s around other kids is at ABA. Yet when we asked, they all denied witnessing anything. My guess? Another child pulled her hair, but because there was no visible evidence to them at the time, they didn’t report it. *In January 2025, we were told my daughter would be assigned a new RBT, Ariana. But several times at drop off we noticed a different person. When we asked, Ariana said, “Oh, I’m just helping them since she is easy to train with.” That still made it seem like Ariana was her RBT but training others using my child. Weeks later, after pressing them, they admitted my daughter had actually not had a dedicated RBT for weeks. Why lie instead of being honest? *They accused us of being late to pick-up multiple times, recording us as 15 minutes late when my text receipts prove otherwise. They bill in 15-minute increments, rounding up after seven minutes. Even with that policy, it doesn’t add up. Were we ever late? Yes. But not to the extent they claimed. Meanwhile, RBTs frequently canceled last minute without consequences. One mother, who relied on the bus, received the same threatening tardy letters we did. But staff can come and go as they please. *We asked if my daughter's other therapists (OT and ST) could provide services at the clinic for comprehensive care. Instead of prioritizing my child's needs, they prioritized billable hours and dodged giving us a straight answer for a full year. For months, we considered pulling our daughter out due to ongoing issues and feeling she wasn’t receiving all the therapy she needed. But we stayed, holding on to hope. Even when the BCBA who originally recommended this clinic pulled her kids out, we stayed. There’s no telling what has happened to my child behind closed doors. But never again. I urge others to look elsewhere.

We are so lucky my son was able to go here for 2 years. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They loved him like we love our son and taught him so much! THEY ARE INCREDIBLE. The best team, most kind and hard working. Just incredible :)
