Aurora Counseling has been one of the most accommodating and understanding counseling clinics I have worked with in Fairbanks. They are friendly, compassionate and meet me where I am in my mental health journey. The office staff are caring, answer all my billing questions and have been gracious when it comes to scheduling. My counselor is a great listener, kind, helps me work through really tough speed bumps and is always willing to take the process at my pace. I love that my counselor gives me new strategies whenever I feel as though the ones I have been using do not work. I very much appreciate everyone here and am thankful I found them.

I had a wonderful experience at Aurora Counseling LLC! The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making me feel supported and understood. They provide valuable insights and create a safe space to talk about my concerns. Thank you!
