Dr. Koch is an extraordinary doctor. I had experienced frustration with previous clinicians but he was effective and thorough; quick in assessing my health need and streamlined in bringing progress to my previously-stalled care. His bedside manner is wonderful, he shows a balance of genuine concern with scholarly guidance. It was clear to me that he is truly an expert in his field.

I'd give 0 stars if i could. The billing department is a waste of time and energy. I've been sent multiple bills for payments I've already made, told I have a $0 balance, and then immediately sent another bill conveniently on a Friday at COB. When trying to get to the root of the problem, I was instead met with attitude and blame. I was told I could remain on the line but they have no way of transferring me to a manager and that "I'm paid by the hour so..." I used to recommend this place, however a year after my last visit and I'm still dealing with constant billing errors from YEARS ago has me telling everyone to stay as far away as possible.
