Would love to give 5 stars to the office as a whole but the initial process was very stressful .. their system went down when I called back to get the link again because I didn't know it expired after 7 days (I was told to complete the online portion a few days before the appointment ... So the lady I talked to said to just come in 30 minutes early because their system was down then the day before I got a message saying that my appointment was canceled so I called to ask about it and was on the fence about whether or not to go but I decided to fill out the online stuff and keep the appointment and I'm glad I did... Once I got past the initial office stuff and signing and filling out all the paperwork I had an extremely positive we experience... I was kind of wishing I was a kid and had an adult to fill out the paperwork but it all worked out... Imma just hit 5 stars but they could re-evaluate the initial process and make it a little less stressful...

I was really looking forward to my appointment, but the whole process was frustrating. The day of, they canceled because the doctor wouldn’t be there. They rescheduled me with a resident, then canceled again because my paperwork wasn’t done. I was told I had to come in 30 minutes early, but I explained I only had time off work for my scheduled appointment. I even offered to fax it, email it, or bring it with me. The girl on the phone told me it had to be done online, and once I completed it, they would instantly receive it. I pointed out that she was calling me at 7:30 for an 11:00 appointment—if I filled it out right away, they would have it hours before my appointment. Still, she refused to work with me and said I had to reschedule. The girl on the phone was dismissive and unhelpful. As a mental health office, you would expect more compassion, flexibility, and professionalism. People reach out here for support, and the last thing we need is more stress.
