April has a gift. She was able to help me quickly. I made more progress with her in one afternoon than I did in five sessions with a psychiatrist. Her techniques are based in science, proven to work, and she is Up-to-date on the techniques in the field of therapy. She has a background in clinical psychology. You will never feel judged, you will feel heard, helped, excepted, and understood. April is kind, dedicated, and that far the most helpful coach I have ever had.
