My experience with Apex started out really well. I was screened for ADHD and Autism at my request and received my diagnosis within the time described. Staff were friendly, compassionate, and asked a lot of good questions. But when it has come to getting my final report and workplace accomodations, I've been ignored and given dates and times they never deliver on. They came recommended to me by someone in the field that I trust, but I wish I checked the reviews first because it seems I'm not the only one having these issues. I'll change my review if they rectify the issue, but I think I'll be talking with my insurance provider or other officials to see if I can be reimbursed. I don't have the energy or executive function to keep pestering them. I'm so tired and burned out at work because I haven't had the accomodations I need.

Overall, I found dealing with Apex initially ok. The professional staff I dealt directly with were ok. However, when we got the final report, it was riddled with mistakes (referring to my daughter’s dad as step- dad) AND mentioning other first names in the report. How could we be sure the report was accurate if it mentioned other patients? The best part is that I reached out to Dr Palmisano 2x in two weeks and have not gotten a response! So can I even count on the results?? Do I need to have my daughter re-evaluated? Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing.
