Annie is wonderful at meeting people where they're at. She has a individualized approach which honors your current state, the goals you have, and what you want moving foward. HIGHLY reccommend!

I went to see Amanda with a complicated health issue that was affecting my ability to exercise. She offered a new perspective which immensely helped me. I felt cared for and appreciated the no-judgement approach. Would absolutely recommend Annie's studio!
