Amavi Integrative Mental Health

I am a visiting with my med provider remotely and I absolutely would not recommend it. Every single question/concern I bring up via their messaging app is answered with "We've sent your question to so-and-so. Please allow some time for her to respond". I had two medication questions recently. I had to keep bugging the office staff and even then both of them were answered after a week. Even worse, when there was a mixup with my meds and it was unclear if I overdosed or just had a med-hangover, it took an entire day to hear back from someone (I did contact poison control). That's especially frustrating since the pharmacy informed me later that the error was made by provider.

This place has been truly remarkable and an exceptional blessing for me. I am beyond thankful for all the work and progress I have made and continue to make with the wonderful Monique and Denise. Both professionals are beautiful souls who are genuine, kind, down-to-earth, and tender-hearted. This makes it possible to open up about the things deep within, to do the footwork to improve, and to make life worth living. The front desk staff are always kind, patient, and speedy with replies, regardless of the requests! Forever grateful for Amavi, and the two I hold dear to my heart, Monique & Denise. ✨
