Michelle in the front office was a great help in setting up my appointments, and getting me access to the online paperwork. Dr. Lusk was personable, knowledgeable and wanted to take the time needed to discuss my reasons for seeing her. Her followup appointment gave me a lot of insight into my reasons for seeking her services, and resulted in new information that I will be sharing with my PCP. I would highly recommend Dr. Lusk to anyone seeking a behavioral health professional who is very patient centered and easy to talk to.

Attention all potential clients / patients. I'm leaving this 1* review for a very important reason that should be disclosed ahead of scheduling a test at this center. They can make time to administer a test (and take money, bill insurance etc), but they have a backlog to "process" the test results of 3-4 months. So let's say you have a family member referred to this center because you want a cognitive check prior to proceeding with additional medical steps - you'll be stuck in a holding pattern for many months while your family member is unable to get further treatment pending these results. I called and asked if they disclosed this wait time - they said no, they don't mention this before scheduling appointments. They also admitted at the 3rd party service which analyzes the results is a bottle neck and they have this 3-4 month backlog. Imagine going for a cancer screening out of concern and you are told to wait 3-4 months for a result. Yeah....that's not going to work. Use this center at your own caution.
