Our nonprofit Board of Directors participated in a "team" session led by Sally. We had an amazing in-depth conversation amongst ourselves that really helped us to be more cohesive as a board and clarify our work and roles.

I was unsure of what I was getting into when I first met Sally, but immediately I gravitated towards her energy and passion for coaching and knew I wanted to see where this journey could take me. The program I went through at Alchemy Life Coaching has been and will forever be life changing in so many ways. The direct path to action can be hard to find, but with Sally's guidance and allowing oneself to be open, I was able to achieve a level of insight I haven't experienced before, along with the desire and passion for a new way of life. I cannot thank Sally enough for being a light in this world and I look forward to continuing my journey. I know that she will be in my circle of support for the coming years and am so grateful for the opportunity she has given me.
