Recently, I attended a few Brainspotting sessions with Uliana Fleener. I experienced a situation in my life years ago that up to this time still triggered me. It drove me crazy because it felt like I couldn’t change my reaction no matter what. Uliana suggested that we try Brainspotting. I was a little scared. But, i knew that we were in a safe comfortable environment. Working with Uliana, we got to the root cause of my problem. Uliana was very supportive and I felt her caring presence. As a result of this one session the trigger went away, I stopped reacting to this recurring situation. It is such a relief not be dealing with this anymore! Thank you!
