I live in Texas, my doctor is great, responds to all my messages quickly. I was able to get my prescription and already am feeling much better. I saw negative reviews and maybe that has something to do with the doctors they had, but mine is wonderful, and I'm grateful to finally be getting the treatment I need.

Complete scam, booked, paid, had an evaluation, the doctor diagnosed me with ADHD and prescribed me medication. My pharmacy needed more information, they called and left a message, she did not respond. I followed up with her in the portal and she defensively stated she filled everything in and did not offer to fix the problem. She told me to email support. Emailed support, they said they contacted her and that it would be fixed. Spoke with my pharmacy, who told me it was not legal for a doctor to diagnose me virtually and that this doctor lived too far away for me to pick up the medication in my area. All things that this organization should know but either failed to do their research on or to mention. Either way, they robbed me of my money and did not complete their services. They prey on the desperate and confused who are looking for any way to ease the navigation process of an already difficult situation. Made it so much harder and more overwhelming. Shame shame shame on these guys. Do not use!!!!!!!
