I’ve had an excellent experience working Charles. He is extremely professional, attentive, and respectful of his patients’ time. Appointments are convenient, well-organized, and never feel rushed. What really sets him apart is how intentional he is about getting to know his patients as individuals. You can genuinely tell that he cares and takes a thoughtful, personalized approach rather than a one-size-fits-all mindset. He goes out of his way to listen, explain things clearly, and ensure you feel comfortable and supported. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and reliable adult psychiatric & mental health nurse practitioner.

I've been seeing Charles for about a year and a half now, and he has been wonderful. We were able to talk through my symptoms and needs, find the right solution to my concerns, and through it all, Charles has been kind, supportive, amiable and professional. He has been very accomodating with my schedule, and being able to have our regular check-ins remotely has been a huge time saver and stress reliever. I can not recommend him highly enough.
