I started last year with them charging me every three months, took a couple months off during my slow season, got back on this year and the Dr they assigned to me has required $450 in 4 months to keep my access to a medication I've been prescribed over 20 years. No standard practices with the company as far as scheduling and their doctors can require appointments as much as they feel like getting paid. It sucks when people who are actually supposed to be medical professionals that want to help you, treat you like an ATM to fleece you for thousands more than you'd have to pay if you could afford decent insurance.

I was so happy with this company when I first started working with them 2 years ago. Back then, the assessment and follow-up appointments were only $99. Patients being prescribed stimulant medications are legally required to see their provider every 6 months. This place makes you do it 30 days after any medication adjustment, and every 3 months without changes just to get more money out of you. They know that this type of online setup is ideal for people with ADHD, and once we get established, they know we're unlikely to change. They take advantage of us by constantly hiking the rates. They won't allow you to send messages to your doctor directly or communicate with them in any way without pre-paying for an appointment. The rates have now doubled, and most of us struggle financially as it is. I'm thoroughly disgusted and disappointed, and I'll be transferring to a different provider. This company is supposed to understand and care about people who struggle with their ADHD, but we're just easy targets to fill someone else's wallet.
