Christine has been a great help coaching me throughout my collegiate career. Between organizing my assignments and planning out my semesters to networking and applying to jobs, she has been an incredible asset and resource. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking to improve their organizational habits!

I was referred to Christine by my therapist, as my ADD symptoms had become unmanageable. The brain fog, disorganization and forgetfulness, trouble with executive function, etc was beyond the scope of my therapists skill set. I first reached out to Christine by phone in October of 2024. We spoke for 25-30 mins and I gave a shortened version of what led me to her. I remember feeling very seen and heard by her as she actively listened to my life journey and she asked insightful follow up questions and asked what I was hoping to accomplish. At the time, I really didn’t have an answer. i just knew my life had become unmanageable due to the severity of how my ADHD presents and I knew I needed guidance and “ADHD hacks” in order to feel successful in my everyday life. Christine was very methodical in her approach and suggested we first work on improving my executive function and go from there. We began working very closely together and we were meeting twice a week for three or four months. After the first few sessions, I began to notice what began as small positive changes in my day to day life by using the tools she had taught me. It is now eight months later and we are still working together, but have reduced our sessions to once a week. I felt confident doing this because Christine had helped me get that nasty negative self talk to silence itself. Christine has become a trusted friend and I credit her for pulling me out of the mud i had felt so trapped in. I was paralyzed by fear and self doubt and hadn’t been able to make decisions for myself. I am proud to say that was “the old me” and things have only continued to improve more and more in both my personal life and in my career.
