I cannot recommend A Day at a Time Therapy highly enough. I spent two years working with her for PTSD, and it was truly life-changing. Her office near Ft. Wainwright is not only convenient but also feels like a safe and welcoming space from the moment you walk in. She has an incredible ability to make you feel understood, no matter how complex or overwhelming your struggles might be. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your specific needs. She gave me tools to cope, heal, and grow, all while making me feel supported every step of the way. What stands out most is her genuine care and commitment to her clients. She doesn’t just go through the motions—she invests in your journey and truly wants to see you thrive.
