Pallavi Kour is great. She has been a major factor in helping me keep up my mental health. She is easy to talk to and goes out of her way to make you comfortable. And gives you the tools and suggestions one may need in order to maintain personal mental health. I would highly recommend seeing her for what you have going on, she will help you by going above and beyond.

I dont like leaving 1 star reviews but my experience didn't leave me much of an option. I had a emergency situation arise with my child that prevented me from making my 15 minute virtual appointment. I called them just over an hour ahead of time and the receptionist promptly was able to reschedule me for the following week but advised I would be charged a $75 fee as this was my second reschedule request (first time I had the flu.) I understand the importance of having this rule (my wife is a LCSW with her own practice) after reading this company's responses to other reviews regarding this issue it was said that this rule is normally waived when the appointment can be promptly rescheduled. I am not sure why my situation didnt fall under this category especially given the circumstances behind it. Not a good way to do business which ended with them losing a client.
