Isabelle has a deep knowledge in group training and coaching and how to facilitate group workshops. Thanks to a dynamic and gentle approach that allows participants to go straight to the root of the problem, the entire process flows easily. Isabelle’s sensitivity contributes to keeping the participants engaged and feeling comfortable about it. The activities are focused, result oriented and empowering. I highly recommend AcePoint Consulting to groups and teams who want to improve their performance and/or communication and interactions.

I have had the chance to participate in two of Isabelle's workshops and both have been eye opening experiences. Isabelle creates a safe and welcoming environment in which to share openly and come to new realizations. Her workshops encourage you to come to your own understandings about yourself, make new connections between ideas, and be aware of the myriad different points of view that are out there. Her method is guiding and encouraging without being overbearing. I have come out of both workshops with new material about myself and others that I had never before thought about.
