Dr. Ross has been helping for about 5-6 months now. Her sessions have really changed my life, mainly because she provides a different perspective to stereotypical and repeated ideologies. I really appreciate that she listens and provides what the client needs, rather than categorizing the individual. Some coping tools that I have learned and continuously practice is to be patient with the process and learn more about what is happening to me. Knowledge comforts me, if I know what is going on, I can better regulate my emotions and understand my feelings and process my thoughts in the moments rather than just react. Focus of the interview sessions is a comparison of where I was, where I am now, and what I need in that moment. She is very understanding that circumstances change and sometimes I need help with something new in the moment. Anna has been very helpful in providing videos, books, articles alongside her guidance. I feel she is credible and resourceful. There is so much information out there it is overwhelming. I have had no trouble setting appointments, nor her getting back to me – longest wait was 2 days and that was because there was an emergency. If I really needed her, she would have given me the attention that is needed. I work with this company because I feel many doctors out there are starting to become generic. Though I am grateful that mental health is getting much more awareness, many therapists and psychiatrists make appointments a routine. It took a few switches before I found Anna and I am very fortunate I met her when I did.

Dr. Anna Ross has been so helpful despite all the internal turmoil I have been experiencing. She has helped me gain insight to myself and to better understand the circumstances I am in, and she has expert knowledge that I can trust in. I am looking forward to continuing to work with her in the future!
