I was discharged without explination. I tried calling to find out but it has been a month and no response. Now i am without my medication and no doctors. Basically, good luck and sorry for the inconvenience. After 10 years of service and this is how you are treated HORRIBLE Management. I asked how to fix things and there is no loyalty, no call back, no CHANCE. Acdian Care has gone down the drains and it was once the BEST provider. So sad.

Why is it impossible to make an appointment or actually get a refill in time. The lady that answered said they can’t even make appointments for Acadian care and that all they can do is the same thing I can do…send a message. It’s unfortunate because the staff at Acadian care are great. I wanted to leave this review so that this hopefully gets fixed especially because of the extra stress and anxiety that this puts on patients and given the specialty you would think this wouldn’t be the case.
