Me and my son first appointment was today. I was supposed to do a zoom call but never got the link. So I showed up because I was told they would charge you for late fees. I waited maybe 30 minutes for her to attend the meeting. I was trying to explain to her about a little bit past background information about my son . She stopped me and told me to let my kid to speak . He doesn’t know what past medications he was on. Then she muted her self then started talking to someone else on the phone ignoring us . We were only in there for 4 minutes before she ignored us. I just up and left with my son. Waste of time and effort. Don’t even try with them. They careless about you or anything

Not good at all. I would not recommend her at all. She did not try to help my son at all. I called her 18 times and went to her office twice and she refused to help my son. She refused to answer phone call and the secretary kept telling she was going to call me. Never called me until the lawyer called her and still refused.
