The link I received for my telehealth appointment did not work. I called my local LS location & all lines were busy. I chose the option to speak to a general LS representative & she did a wonderful & efficient job of connecting me to my physician. She corrected a frustrating experience.

Showed annoyance many times when I would voice issues or concerns during appointments and made a very inappropriate and unprofessional remark to me regarding a relative. If you're going to work in healthcare, please treat EVERYONE with the same level of respect and care.
