Our 11 year old daughter spent almost 8 months working with Jenipher Stephenson here and we are thrilled with the results! Her confidence has increased dramatically, she handles stressful situations with a calmer approach and gives herself grace which was a huge struggle before. She graduated counseling and several weeks later she's still doing so well. We absolutely recommend Jenipher and Specialty Counseling and Consulting.

I went to counseling here for several months prior to moving away from Fort Collins. My therapist, Brandon, helped me a lot with working on my mental health. He gave me useful tools, perspectives, and pieces of advice for managing things that were coming up in my life. I learned a lot from him. Mental health improvements are not instant but feel like I saw progress in the time that I was there, and I approach aspects of life differently based on what I learned.
