Working with Erica was on of the best decisions I've ever made. I mention her name and teachings at least once a week in conversation with friends or any time I'm talking about my journey with coaching. I had such a positive experience and would do it again 10x over. Even on my worst days (when I showed up crying and defeated) she helped me to build a path forward and always made me feel regulated, supported, and like NOTHING was a problem we couldn't figure out. Erica is a dream coach and someone anyone would be so lucky to have on their support team. Best of all, many of our sessions with filled with laughter and lightness. What a special recipe of balancing moving forward and taking action with a sense of humor. Thank you, Erica!

I started working with Erica at a time when I felt completely overwhelmed by a major career transition. I wasn’t even sleeping. Now, I feel genuinely encouraged by the progress I’m making. Dare I say, I’m thriving? I credit Erica for helping me learn when to pause and recharge, while also challenging me to take ownership of stretch assignments. As someone who finds comfort in routines and predictability, I had been using the busyness of familiar tasks as a kind of procrastination-safety blanket.
