I worked with Cheryl for nine months and with her guidance and support I am more productive and happier than I've ever been. Cheryl helped me see my ADHD more as a strength and now that I've harnessed that power, I feel limitless. I can't recomend Cheryl enough as a coach.

I took some of Cheryl's classes online and feel very impressed with the quality and care put into her instructions. I have been struggling with ADHD for many years and felt it was finally time to seek out help. The biggest impact was understanding and recognizing the issues that have led to failures and dysfunction in my life. It is so easy to accept these issues (like time management, disorganization, inability to focus) as part of who you are and something that you are stuck with, but they don't have to be. Cheryl also provides useful techniques and tricks to begin the journey towards change. It is still a long journey ahead to achieve lasting change, but knowledge and understanding is a powerful way to start.
