Aviva is truly one of a kind—she understands ADHD better than most professionals I’ve worked with and offers sharp insight paired with compassionate, thoughtful care in every coaching session. I had undiagnosed ADHD for most of my life. I grew up in an immigrant household where mental health and neurodiversity weren’t widely understood, and I struggled silently for years. After maintaining a 2.5 GPA for most of undergrad, I decided to seek professional help and was officially diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 21. This revelation was transformative—understanding the root of my struggles was not only validating, but it completely changed how I viewed myself. I was finally able to focus and work toward my goals. Tasks were being crossed off my to-do list. Assignments were submitted on time. My academic performance improved significantly, and for the first time, I felt hopeful about the future. I truly believed I was capable and smart. Starting medication and developing a treatment plan was life-changing, but it didn’t solve everything. I continued to grapple with unresolved ADHD-related challenges—particularly around planning, time management, decision-making, and emotional regulation. It became clear that I needed more targeted support to build my executive functioning skills—and that’s when I found Aviva. Working with Aviva over the past few months has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My text to her last night sums up my feelings perfectly: “Our sessions are sooo helpful!! Even if I don’t implement everything I say I’m going to work on, I feel like I’m subconsciously remembering your tips and slowly weaving them into my everyday life. I’ve become more mindful about plans with friends, showing up on time, managing my time better, prepping the night before, making pro-con lists for big decisions... I always learn something new from you and your insight is invaluable. After our sessions, my brain always feels more peaceful, organized, and happy. I’ve seen so much growth in myself these past few months, and I just wanted to thank you for all your help!!” Aviva is extremely wise and supportive. She brings clarity, calm, and momentum to my most overwhelming weeks, and I can’t recommend her enough to anyone navigating ADHD.

Living with ADHD in this world is exhausting—especially because so few professionals truly understand the challenges and needs of people with this condition. Aviva is different. She’s dedicated her career to helping people like us, and I’m so grateful she was recommended to me. What really sets Aviva apart is her calm, cheerful demeanor, her deep knowledge of ADHD, and her ability to make you feel truly seen. She breaks things down in a way that actually works for ADHD brains—something most professionals just don’t do. She helped me set realistic, achievable goals and guided me through each step with empathy and zero judgment. On top of her professional expertise, Aviva has also raised a family that includes several individuals with ADHD, which adds a layer of understanding and compassion to her work. I’ve gained valuable tools, clarity, and confidence. I can’t recommend Aviva enough to anyone with ADHD who’s looking for real support. She gets it, and she genuinely cares..
